However, if suspension involves excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, alternative measures will be taken to protect the customer’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Revision of the Privacy Policy)

The Company will review and improve this Policy as appropriate. Unless otherwise stipulated by law or in this Policy, the Company may revise the contents of this Policy. Any changes will take effect upon notification to customers or publication on the Company’s website.

Article 10 (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)

The Company complies with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations, as well as other relevant standards, regarding the handling of personal information.

Article 11 (Inquiries and Complaints Handling)

The Company will respond appropriately and promptly to complaints or inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, as well as to requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use.
